Murphy Lab 2D/3D HeLa datasets

Downloads the 3D HeLa collection from the Murphy Lab website and converts the images into OME.TIFFs.

Input

For each image, there is one TIF file per channel and z-slice.

Output

For each image, there will be one OME.TIFF.
